Sonic the Hedgehog is a fast paced action platformer with beautiful graphics, catchy tunes and simple yet addictive gameplay. The goal is simple, collect as many rings as you can and get to the end of the stage. At the end of Act 3 you'll fight a boss, though most of them are very basic, just bounce on the bad guy until he does. The water stages can be fustrating to navigate, but other than that this is a solid game from start to finish.
